3. Account and Registration

Most services do not require registration. If we introduce user accounts in the future, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are made through Stripe or Wise platforms.
• We do not store your card details.
• Payment terms (upfront, installments, retainer) are defined in the contract.
• Refunds: considered on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the contract and applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in delivered work transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the contract. Until payment, all rights remain with us. Code, design, and documentation remain confidential until published.

6. Acceptable Use

The following is prohibited:

• Using the site for unlawful purposes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to our servers or systems.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access in case of violations.
